Red Direction offers a variety of products.

Our program is committed to your success and we expect the same commitment from you.

Service Based Products:

Full refunds only occur prior to any work beginning. In the event a refund is requested and work has begun, a partial refund may be issued. More detail will be outlined based on your specific agreement and scope of work.

Downloadable Products:

Downloadable Products may be refunded when no download/view/access/use has occurred. No refunds will occur for products that have been downloaded, viewed, accessed, or used.

Intensives, Growth Resets, and Retreats (in person and virtual):

Intensives, Growth Resets, and Retreats may be a combination of virtual sessions and downloadable materials to build skills and utilize tools and processes.

You may cancel your participation within 7 days after registration or within 10 days prior to the beginning of the engagement, whichever comes first. Cancelation must be in writing, and you will receive a refund for the registration amount less 10% for administration fees.

You may transfer your reserved seat to another person. Transference of your seat must be received in writing 10 days or more before the beginning of the engagement.

Once content, office hours, and sessions become accessible, typically within 10 days of the beginning of our work together, cancelations are no longer accepted. You do have the option to receive a credit toward a future engagement to be used within 12 months.

All content available digitally will be accessible to you for three months after the last session.
