Scheduling and rescheduling UNSTUCK Quick, Consulting, and Advisory phone or video calls are easy. Our online interface will allow you to reserve and reschedule your meeting time(s).
You will receive email reminders for your scheduled meeting time. Please add @reddirection.com to your safe sender list so our emails don’t become misplaced in the Spam or Promotion folders of your email program.
Occasionally, you may need to reschedule. The same online interface will facilitate meeting time changes.
When rescheduling, please remember:
- It is your responsibility to know when your appointment is scheduled.
- Changes must occur more than 24 hours before our meeting time. Preparations for your meeting will be under way, and this time has been reserved just for you.
- If you do not show up to your meeting, you will still be charged for the time.
- Meetings (1x or 2x per month) must be completed within 30 days of purchase. In the case of package purchases for 12 or 24 meetings in a year, respectively 1 or 2 meetings must occur each month. If no meeting is scheduled, that month is considered a no-show.
Unavoidable circumstances may warrant special consideration, but please note that the above charges will apply to most cancellations.
Less than 24 hours’ notice doesn’t allow Red Direction sufficient time to offer that session to another client. Thank you for understanding the importance of keeping your meeting at the scheduled time.
