From the Vault: It feels like a paradox. You must first selfishly meet your own needs before you can turn to help others.

With this in mind, what underlying human traits are common to all (or most), and what’s the interplay between the shadow and the light as we strive to live out our own life’s narrative? Certainly self care is important, but does “being in service to others” mean you can’t make money for yourself as well? And when you’re feeling cranky, how’s that related to your core values, if at all?

To help sort things out, author/writing coach Marisa Goudy and Evolutionary Entrepreneur/Visionary Coach Lisa Engles join Jess and Scott for a thoughtful conversation that also includes the role of the Hero’s Journey
